Hello people, Today I`m talking about feeling shit! This is something that we all feel but sometimes some of us feel it more than others. We can all feel overwhelmed, sad or triggered and the only thing we want to do is to go to bed and give up.
But…….. Hopefully we can pull our selves out of the funk, maybe these quotes will help you on an off day. Say them to your self in the mirror, or have them in your notes on your phone to read in a sticky situation at work. Sometimes a reasuring word is all we need.
